Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries "Students who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aid provided for in these bases: Being registered in the Carral City Council and having a DNI/NIF/NIE, people who are in any of the following circumstances: a.-Students in the 2nd cycle of early childhood education who study during the 2025/2026 academic year in official, public or concerted.b.- Be enrolled in any course of post-compulsory education studies (training cycles, baccalaureate or similar) during the 2025/2026 academic year in an official, public or subsidized center.c.- Be enrolled in basic vocational training during the 2025/2026 academic year in an official, public or subsidized center.d.- Be enrolled during the course 2025/2026 in any course of the following university education of the Spanish university system carried out in Spanish centers, public or private, with validity in the national territory: teachings leading to official Degree or Master's/Master's degrees (not Doctorate); Technician." Second.- Purpose The purpose of this aid is to establish complementary aid for the partial financing of expenses incurred by the acquisition of textbooks, school supplies, school cafeteria expenses, transportation for studies and expenses for payment of fees and registration fees for students enrolled in 2nd cycle early childhood education studies, post-compulsory education (training cycles, baccalaureate or similar), or the official university studies indicated, during the 2025/2026 academic year. Third. Regulatory Bases. This call is governed by the general regulatory bases published in BOP no. 75, dated 04/23/2026. Room. Amount The credit to finance the aid regulated in these bases is contemplated in the Carral City Council Budget for 2024, extended to 2026, charged to item 326.48003, for a total amount of 15,000.00 euros. Depending on the amount of each aid line, and in view of the number of applications submitted in previous calls, the following distribution of aid will be made: CHILDREN'S EDUCATION: An amount of €5,000.00 will initially be allocated to aid from such line. The amount of aid established will be a minimum of €30 per beneficiary and up to a maximum of €120 per beneficiary. POST-OBLIGATORY EDUCATION/BASIC VOCATIONAL TRAINING: An amount of €5,000 will initially be allocated to aid from this line. The amount of aid established will be a minimum of €40 per beneficiary and up to a maximum of €200 per beneficiary. UNIVERSITY EDUCATION: An amount of €5,000.00 will initially be allocated to aid from this line. The amount of aid established will be a minimum of €50 per beneficiary and up to a maximum of €250 per beneficiary. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, which will be counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of A Coruña, through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) Sixth. Evaluation criteria. STUDENTS IN THE 2ND CYCLE OF CHILDREN'S EDUCATION (Maximum 20 points) A).-SOCIAL-FAMILY SITUATION (Maximum 16 points) 1).-Number of members of the family unit: For each member of the family unit (understood as the father, mother, brother/sister and person for whom help is requested): 0.25 points, with a maximum of 2 points. 2).- Family conditions of the person for whom assistance is requested: a.-Due to orphanhood of a parent: 1 point; of both parents: 2 points. b.-Child of a legally separated or divorced child on the date of the application: 1 point. c.-Child of a single parent as long as he/she does not live with the other parent: 1 point. (Single parent for the purposes of Annex I) d.-For possessing the title of large family: 2 points. e.-For one or more members of the family unit presenting a disability, for each one: 3 points, with a maximum of 6 points. f.-For the parent/guardian being unemployed: 1 point g.-For being
