First.- Purpose: The financing of vocational training actions for employment promoted by companies that develop projects or activities with an incentive effect, highlighting the relevance of those that have been declared priority industrial projects in view of the fact that these projects have a significant technological and innovative impact, their capacity to boost other economic activities favoring the expansion of the industrial fabric in the Community of Castilla y León, and have operational work centers in the territory of Castilla y León, aimed at improving employability of the Castilian and Leonese population, through the acquisition of a level of professional qualification adapted to business demands, through the completion of specific training courses, aimed at employed workers hired by said companies, for the transfer of knowledge and new competencies and skills linked to the performance of their jobs. Second.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases for the subsidies of the Training Program for workers employed in companies that develop projects or activities with an incentive effect (FORTRA) are established by Order IEM/858/2024, of August 16, published in BOCYL No. 177, of September 11, 2024, modified by Order IEM/243/2026, of March 13, published in the BOCYL No. 54, of March 19, 2026. Third.- Beneficiary entities: Companies that develop projects or activities with an incentive effect in accordance with article 6 of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014, of June 17, 2014, and have operational work centers in the territory of Castilla y León, prove compliance with the requirements established in points 1 and 2 of base 3 of Order IEM/858/2024, of August 16, and undertake to co-finance the cost of the training project in the percentage that, at least, is indicated in base 4.1.a) of the aforementioned order. Fourth.- Amount: The financing of the aid that is called will be carried out from the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León for an amount of 4,000,000 euros. Fifth.- Deadline for submission of applications: Subsidy applications will be submitted electronically, through the electronic registry of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es), from June 3, 2026 to May 31, 2027. Sixth.- Deadline for execution of the eligible activity: The actions included in each subsidized training project can be carried out from the following day from the date of notification of the concession resolution until August 31, 2027.
