Official description of the call
Mr. Mayor-President, considering the convenience of proceeding with the call for the granting of subsidies to associations and non-profit entities, with headquarters in the town of Paradas and that carry out activities to support people with disabilities in said municipality, for the year 2026, procedure processed with file number 2026/SYU_01/000019. Considering the bases published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville number 230, of October 3, 2019. Considering that the Fourth Base of the aforementioned Bases establishes that the competent body to approve the call for subsidies will be the Mayor President of the Municipal Corporation through an express resolution that will specify the deadline for submitting applications. Considering the powers conferred by article 21.1, letters f) and s) of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Bases of the Local Regime. Mr. Mayor-President, comes to order: First.- Approve the public call for the granting of subsidies to associations and non-profit entities, with headquarters in the town of Paradas and that carry out activities to support people with disabilities, in said municipality for the year 2026. Second.- Appoint the members of the Valuation Commission, which will be made up of the following people: Heads: President: Mrs. Lorena Portillo Portillo, First Deputy Mayor Delegate of Social Welfare. Member: Mrs. Mª Josefa Ramírez Sánchez, Psychologist of the Social Services Department. Secretary: Mrs. Amanda Rodríguez Hurtado, Social Educator of the Department of Social Services. Substitutes: President: Mr. Francisco Javier Jiménez Morillas, Councilor Delegate of Culture, Celebrations and Environment. Member: Mrs. Carmen Cobano Portillo, Social Worker of the Department of Social Services. Secretary: Ms. Cristina Sánchez Montero, Social Worker of the Department of Social Services. Third.- Applications must be submitted within ten business days, counted from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Applications with their respective attached documentation will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the Paradas City Council and will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Paradas City Council, all without prejudice to the provisions of article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Law of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.Fourth.- Authorize the expenditure to deal with the granting of subsidies, on the budgetary application 0000.2312.48901 of the municipal budget for the year 2025, currently extended, in the amount of 8,500.00 euros.Fifth.- Arrange for the publication of the call on the Electronic Notice Board and Edicts of the Corporation, which It is found in the electronic headquarters of the Paradas City Council "https://sede.paradas.es/", and in the Official Gazette of the Province through the National Subsidies Database. This is what the Mayor-President orders and signs, before the Accidental Secretary of the Corporation who attests.
