DECREE Nº 2026/0853 IN SIGHT OF: The Order of March 31, 2026 of the Basque Government indicates the maximum amounts for each of the specific expenses, contemplated in the AES, as well as the criteria for the distribution of the credits consigned for their coverage and sets the budget limit for the year 2026 that corresponds to each of the Historical Territories and City Councils of the CAPV. This Order in its Annex II indicates that the GV has assigned to the Ordizia City Council for the 2026 AES an amount of €154,668. The budget approved by the City Council for the AES in 2026 is €215,000, adding a credit of €60,332 to the GV contribution. To provide equal coverage to the demand of all applicants, article 2 of the Order of March 31, 2026 establishes that the applicable amount, in each case, may be reduced by the competent City Council taking into account the existing budgetary availability. For all these reasons, for the AES 2026 it is necessary that the Ordizia City Council determine the amount of the subsidy for each of the concepts. In view of the foregoing, having examined the accompanying documentation and in accordance with the same in use of the powers that are legally conferred on me by virtue of article 21.1 of Law 7/1985 Regulating the Bases of Local Regime, I hereby AGREE: FIRST: APPROVE the call for the Social Emergency Aid program for the year 2026 SECOND: APPROVE the maximum amount for each of the specific expenses contemplated in the 2026 Social Emergency Aid. 1.-Rent: - Housing rental, co-leasing, subletting, hotel: 1 applicant €300/month. 2 applicants €150 per month. In the case of co-tenancy there will only be the right to one aid. - Hostel/boarding: €150/month. 2. Interest and credit amortization: €300/month. 3. Energy: - 1 cohabitation unit: €1,500/year. - 2 cohabitation units: €750/year. Beneficiaries of the Social Bonus will be granted 50% of the aid. 4. Use and maintenance of the home. - 1 cohabitation unit: €900/year. - 2 cohabitation units: €450/year 5.
