DECREE Nº 2026/0892 IN SIGHT OF: The Plenary Session of the Ordizia City Council, in a session held on 11/27/2025, approved the REGULATORY ORDINANCE OF THE MUNICIPAL AID PROGRAM FOR INCOME GUARANTEE AND SOCIAL INCLUSION, published in BOG No. 79 of 04/30/2026. Article 2.6 of the Ordinance states: "The granting of this aid requires the allocation of credit in the municipal budgets for this purpose. The City Council will annually approve the call for this aid by Mayor's Decree or agreement of the Local Government Board, in cases of delegation of competence. It will set the maximum amount to be granted each year." For all these reasons, for the municipal aid program to guarantee income and social inclusion 2026 it is necessary that the Ordizia City Council agrees on the call and amount of the subsidy for each of the concepts. SECOND: APPROVE the maximum amount for each specific expense included in the municipal aid for income guarantee and social inclusion 2026. 1. Expenses for coverage of basic needs. 1.a.)
