In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias). FIRST. PURPOSE: The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of financial aid to support parenting and child protection aimed at family units participating in the #FuenlaCarenet project, towards a new model of community care, both in the control group and in the treatment group. SECOND: BENEFICIARIES: Applicant family units that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries: a) Be registered in the municipality of Fuenlabrada prior to the approval of these bases and have effective residence during the period of participation in the program. b) Be part of a family unit with dependent minors who are in a situation of mild, moderate or serious risk, duly assessed by the municipal Social Services. c) Having been referred to the #FuenlaCareNet project by the Social Services of the Fuenlabrada City Council. d) Expressly accept the conditions and obligations derived from participation in the program. For the purposes of this aid, the following are considered to be a cohabitation unit: ¿Two or more people who live together in the same home or accommodation, when they are united to each other by marriage or another form analogous to conjugality, by consanguinity or affinity up to the second degree, or by guardianship or by administrative and/or judicial care.¿. Applicants must submit a declaration that they are up to date with their tax obligations, with Social Security and with the Fuenlabrada City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the subsidy regulations and the applicable municipal ordinance. The municipal Administration may verify compliance with said requirements ex officio, unless expressly opposed by the interested person. The maximum number of beneficiary family units will be 200, distributed according to the periods established in section 8.1 of the rules of the call. Only one application may be submitted per family unit. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES: The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council is published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. AMOUNT: The budget allocated to this aid amounts to a total of €528,000.00, charged to the 2026 budget year, expenditure application 5011/231/48007, called ¿ESF+ social aid¿ and to the expenditure project 2026.0000019. These aid are part of an operation 95% co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) within the framework of the Social Inclusion, Child Guarantee and Fight against Poverty Program 2021-2027. The amount of the financial benefit will be maximum and will be linked to the number of dependent minors within the cohabitation unit, in accordance with the following table: NUMBER OF COVIVIENTS AMOUNT MONTH OF AID MAXIMUM LIMIT AMOUNT OF AID Families with up to 1 dependent minor €150.00/month €1,800 Families with 2 dependent minors €200.00/month €2,400 Families with 3 (or more) dependent minors €250.00/month €3,000 In the case of single-parent or single-parent families, they will have an additional amount of 25 euros per month. The period of participation of the family units will be linked to the duration of the #FuenlaCareNet project, with a total intervention duration of 24 months, structured in two 12-month phases. The maximum duration of the financial benefit per family unit will be 12 months, with the right to receive aid ceasing in the event of voluntary abandonment or failure to comply with the obligations established in this call. In the case of incorporations derived from the third period of substitutions provided for in section 8.1 of the bases of the call, the duration of the benefit will be adjusted to the remaining time of execution of the project or the maximum individual period of 12 months, applying in any case the maximum limit of aid per family unit established in the call.
