BNDS: 905387 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/905387) Purpose: The purpose of this call is the granting of aid to contribute to the expenses caused by small renovations to adapt the habitual residence and to promote the acquisition of support products to promote autonomy in the concepts indicated in this call. Legal regulation: The legal basis by which the social benefits of the public system of Primary Care Social Services are developed are: "Law 12/2022, of December 21, on Social Services of the Community of Madrid: Title II Benefits of the Public System of Social Services. Chapter II Catalog of Social Services benefits. Guaranteed and conditioned economic benefits. Art 27. 2. b) The rehabilitation and universal accessibility of housing, oriented to quality of life and social inclusion.” Beneficiaries: The interested person must be registered for more than six months as of the publication of this call, in the municipality of Rivas Vaciamadrid. Granting procedure: To be a beneficiary of the aid, you must necessarily meet the requirements that appear in the bases and reach the minimum of 1 point on the scale (Art. 9). Deadline and place for submitting applications: Rivas Vaciamadrid City Council from the day following publication in BOCM and until September 10 inclusive.
