RULES THAT SHALL GOVERN THE 14TH NATIONAL URBAN ART COMPETITION OF RIVAS VACIAMADRIDBNDS: 905412In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published. Object:- Selection of artistic interventions (murals, photography, painting) to redefine public and urban spaces of Rivas Vaciamadrid.- Framed in the Street Culture Festival (September 3 to 20, 2026).2. Legal Regime: - Subject to General Subsidy Law 38/2003, its Regulations (RD 887/2006) and the Municipal Ordinance of the Rivas Vaciamadrid City Council.3. Beneficiaries/requirements:- Individuals or groups residing in Spain (at least one member in the case of groups).- Exclusion: Winners of the previous edition.- Mandatory: Training certificate for lifting platforms (PEMP) according to regulations UNE- 58920/ISO 18878.- Selection limit: One project per author4. Deadline and place for submitting applications:- Deadline: Until June 10, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.- Channel: Exclusively online at inscriptions.rivasciudad.es.5. Amount: (Total €15,000)- Project 1 (CEIP El Parque): €9,000.00 (subject to personal income tax).- Project 2 (CEIP Dulce Chacón): €6,000.00 (subject to personal income tax).- Includes: Rental of machinery, materials, travel expenses, allowances and maintenance.- Execution: From September 7 to 13, 2026 (presence mandatory September 12 and 13).- Jury: Specialists in art, urban space and the Councilor for Culture.- Criteria: Creativity, integration in the environment, educational impact, technical feasibility and maintenance.- Locations: CEIP El Parque Pavilion and CEIP Dulce Chacó Facade7. Eligible period: awards ceremony on September 7, for production and execution of street artistic interventions.
