Official description of the call
The Call is governed by the following bases: a) In accordance with the allocations of funds for decentralized actions established by the European Commission in its work plan of the "European Solidarity Corps" Program, as well as the budgetary credits available for its execution, subsidies are called under a competitive competition regime for an amount of 9,718,641.80 Euros. Its distribution among the different actions is as follows: - Volunteer projects: 8,811,145.00. - Solidarity projects: 907,496.80. TOTAL: 9,718,641.80 b) Without prejudice to the above, the granting of aid will be conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting resolution. 2.- Distribution of the aid called. The funds allocated by the European Commission in its work plan of the European Solidarity Corps Program to Spain for decentralized actions will be distributed taking into account the quality of the applications, the objectives and priorities established in the program guide (Section “Selection criteria” for each of the actions and Section “E. Information for applicants/Granting criteria”). 3.- Requirements and form of presentation of applications. Applicants must register in advance according to the procedure established in the program guide. Applicants must submit their electronic application using only the specific forms for each action and available on the website of the Spanish National Agency for the application of the European Solidarity Corps Program (hereinafter ANE): https://programaseuropeos.injuve.es/ces/ 4.- Application submission deadline. All specified application deadlines expire at 12:00 noon Brussels time. Until February 18, 2026, for projects that begin between June 1 and December 31 of the same year. All applications received within the indicated deadlines that have been entered into the online platform enabled by the European Commission for the European Solidarity Corps Program will be accepted before the date of approval of this resolution, in accordance with the provisions of the Program Guide and the Call for proposals of the European Commission 2026, EAC/A15/2025 published in the Official Journal of the European Union on November 14, 2025. 5.- Object, conditions and purpose of the concession. The purpose of this call for grants within the framework of the “European Solidarity Corps” Program is to encourage the participation of young people and organizations in accessible and high-quality solidarity activities as a means of contributing to strengthening cohesion, solidarity, democracy and citizenship in Europe, while responding to societal challenges and strengthening communities, with a special focus on promoting social inclusion, mainly through volunteering. Other general and action-based objectives and priorities to be taken into account are specified in the program guide. Projects may be requested in the following actions: Participation of young people in solidarity activities: - Volunteer projects; - Solidarity projects. In addition, the European Solidarity Corps Program requires organizations that wish to carry out volunteer projects to submit accreditation applications, called Quality Seal applications, providing accredited organizations with said seal that certifies compliance with the quality requirements to participate in the Program.
