FIRST. Beneficiaries. Socio-health associations and other non-profit Cádiz entities established in Cádiz capital. SECOND. Object. The object of this Call is the regulation of the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, and within the budgetary limits that are specified, for the implementation of activities, actions or projects during the financial year 2026 that contribute to the improvement of the quality of life and well-being, as well as the promotion of the health of the citizens of Cádiz and are based on actions of promotion, prevention, community socio-health care and information on healthy lifestyles, as well as establishing the procedure to which they must be submitted in their processing, granting, acceptance and justification. Regulatory Bases. Call for competitive grants from the Municipal Health Delegation to non-profit entities for the year 2026, approved by agreement of the Government Board of the Hon. Cádiz City Council dated April 24, 2026. These subsidies will be governed by what is established in their regulatory bases, in the Budget Execution Bases of the Cádiz City Council for the financial year 2026, in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, in the General Regulation of the Subsidies Law approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the City Council of Cádiz and in the remaining regulations that may be applicable. FIFTH. Amount. The budget allocation for the call amounts to sixty thousand euros (€60,000.00). SIXTH. Deadline for submitting applications: 20 business days counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz.
