Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Applicants who want to receive this aid will have to meet the following requirements: • Be private, non-profit entities. • Carry out educational, extracurricular or complementary activities (support in educational centers) within the term *des *Mercadal that are listed in section 3 of this article. • Not incur any of the assumptions of article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general Subsidies (LGS). • Not be subject to the causes of prohibition provided for in sections 5 and 6 of article 4 of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association, as well as in article 30.4. of it. The following are expressly excluded: 1. Entities with a profit purpose, in particular all commercial and civil companies. 2. Cooperatives 3. Educational or teaching centers 4. Political or union entities Second. Purpose: The objective of these bases is to collaborate with the associations of parents of students who carry out educational and extracurricular activities within the municipality of Es Mercadal, according to the regulatory bases included in article 17 of the Bases for the Execution of the 2026 Budget, definitively approved by the Ordinary Plenary Session on January 28, 2026 and published in BOIB No. 15, on January 31, 2026. Third. Regulatory bases: The bases of the call and the General Ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies, initially approved by the Plenary Session of the Es Mercadal City Council on October 11, 2005 and published the final approval and the full text in BOIB No. 189, of December 17, 2005. Fourth. Amount: The maximum amount per applicant will be 7,000 euros and in no case will it exceed 50% of the budget presented. The aid granted will be covered by budget application 10,323.48300 of the 2026 General Budget, with a maximum joint amount of 20,900.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Until June 12, 2026
