Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students (AMPAS) and other educational associations, whose activity is linked to or represents the municipality of Torredonjimeno, may benefit from this call. These associations must be legally constituted, endowed with their own legal personality and have among their statutory purposes the promotion and development of projects, programs or activities whose object is that defined in this call. Likewise, they must comply with the requirements established in article 4 of the call. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies, within the framework of the strategic objectives of the municipal PES, for activities, programs and projects aimed at the promotion and promotion of educational activities through Associations of Mothers and Fathers of Students (AMPAS) and other educational associations. The procedure for granting subsidies will be processed on a competitive basis, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.1 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Third Subsidies. Regulatory bases. Specific regulatory bases for the call for subsidies for educational activities in favor of AMPAS and other educational associations, fiscal year 2026, Bases for execution of the Torredonjimeno City Council Budget 2026 and Municipal Ordinance regulating Municipal subsidies. Room. Amount. The amount of the subsidies to be awarded will consist of an amount resulting from applying the assessment criteria of article 10 of the call, for which purpose the budget of the activity or Financial Plan presented by the applicant, or its subsequent modifications, will be taken as a reference for its determination. The subsidies will be granted from the budget application 2026.326.48900 of the 2026 Budget, with an amount of 25,000.00 euros, and subsidies cannot be granted for an amount greater than the maximum total amount established in the call. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The maximum period for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén, without prejudice to its insertion in the electronic headquarters of the Torredonjimeno City Council and on the notice board. The presentation of subsidy applications, duly signed by the legal representative, will be carried out through the electronic headquarters of the Torredonjimeno City Council, which is located at the address http://tosiria.sedelectronica.es/. The applications and other documentation to be submitted must be digitally signed by the applicants or their representatives. Sixth.- Period for execution and justification of the subsidized activity The period for execution of the activities or projects subject to subsidy will be from 07/01/2025 to 06/30/2026, admitting the expenses and supporting documents that prove their completion, produced prior to the notification of the administrative act of concession, but provided that they have taken place in the aforementioned period. The maximum period for the presentation of supporting documentation for carrying out the activities will be three months from the end of the execution period.
