And at the electronic headquarters of the Granollers City Council: http://seuelectronica.granollers.cat First.- Beneficiaries Newly created individuals or legal entities of a private nature who initiate an economic activity individually or collectively may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS), and meet the following conditions: General requirements: * Be up to date with tax obligations with the State and social security, and have no outstanding debts or sanctions of a tax nature with the Granollers City Council, as stated in articles 18 and 19 of Royal Decree 887/2006, which approves the Regulation. of the General Subsidy Law. * Have a contact email address, for the purposes of communicating the procedures linked to this call for grants. * Be the owner of a bank account where you can make the subsidy payment. * Be registered in the census of economic activities of the Tax Agency. * That the economic activity is located in the municipality of Granollers. * In the case of the acquisition of companies, be registered in the Reempresa service before the acquisition of the company. * Not having been a beneficiary of a subsidy for business creation in 2025. Specific requirements for natural persons: * That the economic activity has been registered in the period between March 1, 2025 and the day on which the deadline to submit the application for this subsidy ends. The start date of the economic activity will be understood to be the date that appears as the date of registration in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Work in the General Treasury of Social Security or mutual insurance company of the corresponding professional association. * Be unemployed the day before the start date of economic activity. Specific requirements for legal entities: * That the incorporation of the company has occurred in the period between March 1, 2025 and the day on which the deadline to submit the application for this subsidy ends. * In the case of companies acquired through the Reempresa service, the date of change of ownership in the deeds will be taken into account, which will be between March 1, 2025 and the day the deadline to submit the application for this subsidy ends. Second.- Purpose The purpose of the subsidies of this call is to co-finance projects/activities that aim to contribute to the growth of entrepreneurial activity, commerce, the cultural and creative industries sector, and cooperative companies. Third.- Regulatory Bases The Specific Regulatory Bases of this call, approved on February 17, 2026, by the Local Government Board of the Granollers City Council and published in the BOP of Barcelona, on February 25, 2026, with registration number 202610033243. Fourth.- Amount The amounts that may be subsidized to each beneficiary are the which are detailed below. The amount and percentage of the subsidies awarded will not exceed, in any case, 50% of the total cost of the subsidized projects/activities: A) Subsidy to companies that are located on the ground floor within the Granollers Low Emissions Zone (ZBE) or in the commercial galleries located within the ZBE, as detailed in the plan in Annex 3 of these bases, and that meet the following conditions: A1) Retail trade companies per retail: amount up to 5,000.00 euros A retail trade company is defined as one that is registered in an heading of the Economic Activities Tax (IAE) included within Grouping 64 and 65 indicated in Annex 1 of the bases "Table of IAE headings". Establishments selling mobile telephone accessories are excluded from the scope of this subsidy. A2) Restoration companies: amount up to 5,000.00 euros A restoration company is defined as one that is registered in an IAE heading included within Groups 671, 672, 673 and 676 indicated in Annex 1 of the bases "Table of IAE headings". Included within the ZBE area are the two sidewalks of the streets that delimit the ZBE, which are Roger de Flor, Josep Torr streets.
