PROPOSAL FROM THE DELEGATE COUNCILMAN FOR RESOLUTION BY DECREE OF THE MAYOR-PRESIDENT. In accordance with the Decree of the mayor-president number 1178, of June 30, 2023, by which the mayor-president makes a delegation in favor of the councilors, the councilor delegate, proposes to the mayor-president the adoption of the following resolution: IDENTITY AREASUBAREA: FestivalsSERVICE UNIT: FestivalsExp.: 2026/2349 Subject: Approval of a call for subsidies to carry out festive activities during the year 2026. The Identity Area of the City Council of Llodio has, among its objectives, its support for those associations or entities whose primary purpose is the development of festive activities, programming and carrying out said activities within the municipality. This aid is intended to enhance the festive development of the municipality by allowing the execution of the various programs developed by these associations with the limitations derived from the budgetary allocations that the municipal budgets contain for this purpose. Considering the municipal Subsidies Ordinance. Considering the Call for applications for the year 2026 for subsidies for festive activities prepared by the Holiday Service Unit. Seen the report-memory of the General Administration Technician responsible for the Identity Area dated May 12, 2026. Seen report issued by the Secretariat dated May 20, 2026. Seen report issued by Intervention dated May 21, 2026. (RC 2026.2-2053) By virtue of the powers granted by article 21 of the Law 7/1985, of April 2, of the Bases of Local Regime, this mayor-president, RESOLVES: FIRST: To advocate in the Mayor-Presidency the resolution of this file. This agreement is motivated by the urgency of the processing and subsequent granting of the subsidies contained in this Call. SECOND. Approve the Call for Subsidies to carry out festive activities during the year 2026 through competitive competition. THIRD. Approve the expenditure of 42,000.00 euros allocated for said call. The total count of all subsidies granted through this call (year 2026) may never exceed the amount of 42,000.00 euros provided for in the current municipal budget. This amount will be distributed without batches. ROOM. The expense of this call will be charged to item 0403 3381 48119 “San Roque festival subsidy” of the budget of the Llodio City Council, year 2026. FIFTH. Applications must be submitted within twenty business days from the day following the publication of this call in the BOTHA, in a standard application form through the electronic headquarters in the case of legal entities and through the electronic headquarters or in the Citizen Service of the City Council in the case of natural persons, or in the forms specified in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. SIXTH. This call will be published in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) and BOTHA. In addition to the above, it will be published on the Town Hall Notice Board, and other ordinary municipal communication media. SEVENTH. Report this resolution at the next Government Meeting to be held.
