Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. All natural persons registered in Llodio who meet each of the requirements demanded in the call may be beneficiaries of this call. Second. Purpose. The purpose of this call is to regulate, on a competitive basis, access to financial aid for the study of Basque and granted by the Llodio City Council, through its Linguistic Normalization Subarea, as it is understood that economic limitations cannot be an obstacle to the learning of this language. Third. Regulatory ordinance. This call will be regulated by the Municipal Ordinance Regulating Subsidies of the Laudio/Llodio City Council. It was published in the Official Gazette of the Historical Territory of Álava No. 28 dated March 10, 2021. Fourth. Amount. The financial envelope for the call is 6,500.00 euros. In any case, the sum of all scholarships for the study of Basque received by a person in a calendar year may not exceed the amount of 1,250.00 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the BOTHA and will end on October 16, 2026.
