In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Base http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index, and on the website of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council http://www.vitoria-gasteiz.org First. Beneficiaries. Individuals or legal entities, with commercial activity, who meet the following requirements: meet the small business requirements at the time of submission of the application, that is, have a workforce of less than 50 employees and a turnover or annual balance sheet that does not exceed 10 million euros; not be mainly linked by companies that do not meet any of the requirements set out above; Continuity of the activity that the outgoing company was carrying out and in the same location must be maintained; You must be up to date with your tax obligations, with Social Security and with the Provincial Council and with the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, or failing that with other administrations in which you have an obligation to pay taxes; and must not have been a beneficiary of this line of subsidies in previous years for the same eligible actions and expenses.
