In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index, and on the website of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council http://www.vitoria-gasteiz.org First. Beneficiaries. Natural persons, of legal age, registered in Vitoria-Gasteiz who, not being registered with the Economic Activities Tax, nor carrying out an economic activity on their own, are developing a business initiative to create a company (only projects in the development phase) in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz, and have not been a beneficiary of the scholarship in previous years. Second. Object. Promotion of economic activity in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz, through support for entrepreneurial culture, and for entrepreneurial people during the development period of their business project. The call will be processed through the competitive competition procedure, and open call with several successive selection procedures throughout a budget year, for the same line of subsidy. Third. Bases The Plenary Session of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, in its ordinary session on April 21, 2023, agreed to initially approve the general subsidy ordinance of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, which was finally published in the Official Gazette of the Historical Territory of Álava (BOTHA, number 88, Friday, July 28, 2023), and came into force on October 1, 2023. This ordinance aims to establishment of the general regulatory bases for the procedure for granting subsidies granted by the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council. On February 20, 2026, the Local Government Board approved the bases of the Municipal Entrepreneurship Scholarship Program for the year 2026. Both can be consulted through the municipal website www.vitoria-gasteiz.org and in the Citizen Service offices. Room. Amount. The financial allocation of this call for aid is 100,000.00 euros charged to the balance available in item 0821.4331.489.49 of the municipal budget approved for the year 2026. The individual amount of the scholarship will not exceed the following amounts: 2,650.00 euros for applications that achieve a rating of 85 points or more; 1,150.00 euros for those who reach the minimum score of 65 points. A linear proportion will be applied to the rest of the projects between 66 and 84 points in order to obtain the corresponding amount of the scholarship. If the available credit is not reached, a proportional reduction will be applied to all projects to meet all requests with a rating equal to or greater than 65 points. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Following publication, this call will have two deadlines for submitting applications: A first deadline that begins the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the BOTHA, and ends on June 12, 2026 (inclusive). A second term from June 13, 2026 to September 25, 2026 (inclusive).
