Official description of the call

First: Beneficiaries In accordance with the provisions of the regulatory bases, natural persons who are individual entrepreneurs or who are going to become so through the project presented, as well as legal entities of a business nature, may acquire the status of beneficiaries of the aid, within the framework of actions 1.1 and 1.2. In particular, in action 1.1 the beneficiaries must be exclusively micro-enterprises in the agri-food sector, while in action 1.2 they may be micro-, small and medium-sized agricultural or agri-food companies, as well as natural or legal persons that promote new business initiatives in the field of retail trade of agricultural and agri-food products. In general, beneficiaries must be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, have no debts in the executive period with the Community of Madrid, unless they are duly guaranteed, or with other public administrations, and not appear as debtors of EAGF-EADF funds in the payment phase. Likewise, they may not apply in any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, nor have they been excluded from access to LEADER aid under the terms of the applicable regulations, nor be in a situation of conflict of interest. In the case of companies, the limits established by the current de minimis aid regulations must be respected, as well as the requirements of Recommendation 2003/361/EC relating to the definition of micro, small and medium-sized companies. In any case, the beneficiaries must comply with the specific conditions established for each type of action in accordance with these bases. Second: Object Aid managed by the local ARACOVE Action Group intended for the execution of projects within “actions 1.1 Creation, expansion and modernization of agri-food industries and 1.2 Support for retail trade” within the framework of the Participatory Local Development Strategy for the Las Vegas and Alcarria de Alcalá Region 2023-2027, intervention 7119 “LEADER” of the PEPAC 2023-2027 of Spain in the Community of Madrid. Third: Regulatory Bases This call will be governed by the Regulatory Bases for the financing of LEADER projects, actions “1.1.-Creation, expansion and modernization of agri-food industries and 1.2.- Support for retail trade”, approved by ARACOVE, available at the following electronic address: https://www.aracove.com/BBRR_LEADER_v05_Consolidada Fourth: Amount The total amount of the call amounts to €207,914.14, the maximum subsidy per beneficiary being that indicated in Annex IV of the Regulatory Bases of the call for each of the actions called. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications Thirty business days after the day of publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid.
