Carry out the public call to submit applications for the works included in the regulatory bases for financial aid for energy improvement actions in buildings and housing in the municipality of Lasarte-Oria, in accordance with the following conditions: 1.- The call is regulated by the Regulatory Bases approved by the Plenary Session of the Lasarte-Oria City Council on September 9, 2021 and published in the BOG on September 22, 2021. 2.-The works subject to subsidy will be those that are completed between November 1, 2025 and October 31, 2026. 3.-The eligible works and their maximum amount will be the following: Aid for Communities of Owners. The installation of a domestic hot water (DHW) production system using solar thermal energy. The total amount of the aid will be 10% of the cost of the installation, with a limit of €6,000 per Community of Owners. The eligible cost will include both the cost of the installation and the costs of the technical projects necessary for the installation. The installation of a centralized heating and DHW system with a biomass boiler, or other renewable energy systems, which include distribution to control individualized consumption. The total amount of aid will be 10% of the cost of the installation, with a limit of 6,000.00 euros per Community of Owners.
