FIRST - Object, conditions and purpose of the subsidy This aid will be granted to carry out emergency humanitarian actions aimed at people and communities affected by emergency or disaster situations, caused by natural disasters, armed conflicts or other comparable circumstances. SECOND - Credits and budget item to which the subsidy is allocated The total amount of aid called through this program amounts to €6,000 for the 2026 budget year and will be financed from budget item 481.01.230.20.0103 2026. THIRD - Procedure for granting the subsidy The procedure for granting the aid will be: A procedure of successive competition, open permanently, for humanitarian action projects, which will be awarded following the order of submission of applications. The exhaustion of the budget credit will constitute grounds for rejection of the applications submitted when they have been submitted before its official publication. After this publication, new applications will not be accepted. The procedure will be as established in Section 1 of Title II of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Ordizia City Council. FOURTH - Requirements that beneficiaries must meet to obtain the subsidy and how to accredit them The General requirements to be met by beneficiaries are the following: - Be up to date with their tax obligations with Social Security, the Treasury and the Ordizia City Council. - Not being in any of the cases indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. - Not be subject to an administrative or criminal sanction for incurring discrimination due to gender violence (during the period imposed in the corresponding sanction) - Present in detail the project that you want to develop (objective, actions to be carried out,...). The Specific requirements to be met by the beneficiaries are the following: They must have their headquarters or permanent delegation in the CAPV. FIFTH - Bodies competent for the organization, instruction and resolution of the concession procedure The instruction of the procedure will be carried out by the Social Welfare Department of the Ordizia City Council. The competent body for the organization and resolution of the concession procedure is the Mayor's Office, without prejudice to the delegations that may be made. SIXTH. - Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa until October 31, 2026. SEVENTH. - Resolution and notification period The maximum period to resolve and notify the final resolution is six months from the publication of the corresponding call. The final resolution will put an end to the administrative procedure. Any alteration of the conditions taken into account for the granting of the subsidy may lead to the modification of the resolution.
