Advertisement. Extract from the Resolution of May 29, 2026 of the Delegate Department of Education, Sports, Training and Employment, which calls for aid for the hiring of unemployed people in Avilés. First.- Beneficiaries Companies, self-employed workers and non-profit entities that carry out their activity within the Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias may acquire the status of beneficiaries. Second.- Purpose The hiring carried out in the ordinary market to people registered in the municipality of Avilés during the previous 12 months and who, during the month prior to the registration date, lacked a job, will be subject to subsidy. Hiring must be carried out between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026 with a minimum duration of six months and must involve an increase in the company's workforce compared to the previous four months. Third.- Regulatory bases This Call and the clauses that regulate it will be published on the municipal Notice Board accessible from the electronic headquarters of the Avilés City Council. Fourth.- Amount The maximum amount to be granted to each beneficiary may not exceed the salary cost of a single worker per company (it will be extended to two if the budget item is not exhausted) corresponding to two months (gross salary, Social Security contribution paid by the company and pro rata of extra payments) with the following monthly limits for each professional category. The amount of the subsidy corresponds to contracts formalized on a full-time basis. Contribution group Categories Maximum amount 1 Engineering, Bachelor's, Master's Degree 2900 2 Technical engineering, qualified assistants, Degrees 2500 3, 4 and 5 Non-graduate, administrative assistants 2000 6 and 7 Subordinates, administrative assistants 1500 8 and 9 Officials 1250 10 Peonage 1000 Fifth.- Deadline Applications, and Justifications for compliance with the requirements once the subsidized period (six months) has ended must be submitted through the electronic headquarters of the Avilés City Council. 1. Deadline for Requesting Aid: from the day following publication in BOPA and until October 14, 2026. 2. Deadline for Justifying Aid: 60 calendar days following the end of the six months of subsidized hiring. Sixth.- Evaluation criteria The subsidies will be granted on a competitive basis, with the limit of the credit available in the call, so that if said credit does not allow the granting of subsidies for the maximum amounts provided for in it, the scores obtained from the evaluation are established as priority criteria in accordance with objective criteria established below: 1. Size of the company: - Between 10 and 50 workers 10 points - Less than 10 workers 20 points 2. Working day - Partial (greater than 50%) 10 points - Complete 20 points 3. Collective - Immigrant in a situation of roots due to training: 40 points - People over 55 years of age 20 points - Long-term unemployment 10 points - Job orientation itinerary with the Avilés City Council 10 points
