Aid 2026 Sports Infrastructure REFORM LINE according to Resolution of May 26, 2026 that calls for it

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 20.8.a) and 23.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. First. Object. The call corresponding to the year 2026 is made for aid for the construction, renovation or equipment of municipal sports facilities in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura; Specifically, the line of adaptation, reform and adaptation of spaces is called, aimed at the rehabilitation and improvement of existing sports facilities and spaces. Second. Beneficiaries and requirements. 1. All municipalities and minor local entities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura in which the circumstances provided for in the regulatory bases and in the call apply may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in this call. 2. The beneficiary entities must have, at the time of submitting the application, full ownership or availability of the land or sports facilities in which the subsidized action will be carried out. Likewise, when the action involves the execution of a work, the land must be compatible with the urban use permitted by the urban planning instrument in force and applicable in the locality. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 15/2026, of April 7, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the construction, renovation or equipment of municipal sports facilities in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura (DOE number 69, of April 13). Room. Amount. 1. The total amount of the call for the line of adaptation, reform and adaptation of spaces amounts to eight hundred thousand euros (€800,000), distributed as follows: €593,000.00 charged to budget application 15004000/G/274A/76000/CAG0000001 and expenditure project 20150006, and Once the credit available in that item has been exhausted, €207,000.00 charged to the budget application 15004000/G/274A/76000/FI26000001 and expenditure project 20050305, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2026. 2. The maximum amount of the subsidy to be granted and the maximum co-financing percentages of the Government of Extremadura in relation to the total investment in each subsidized action will be those resulting from the application of the sixth section of the call resolution. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days counted from the day following the publication of the call and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
