Beneficiaries 1. 1. Beneficiaries may be individual farmers, shared ownership entities or legal entities, who meet the requirements to be classified as an SME and whose fundamental purpose is agricultural activity, who make any of the eligible investments on their farm intended to maintain or increase its competitiveness and viability in the long term and who meet the rest of the requirements established in article 5 and their accreditation according to article 6 of Order 5/2026. Object The object of this resolution is the call for aid for 2026, within the framework of Intervention 6841.2, Aid for investments in modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings, specifically, aid related to the operation “Aid for investments in agricultural holdings”, within the framework of the interventions for Rural Development of the National Strategic Plan for the Common Agrarian Policy (PEPAC) of the Kingdom of Spain 2023-2027. Third. Regulatory bases The regime applicable to this call is that established in Order 5/2026, of May 21, 2026, of the Department of Agriculture, Water, Livestock and Fisheries, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for investments in agricultural holdings in the Valencian Community within the framework of the interventions for Rural development of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agrarian Policy of Spain 2023-2027. Room. Amount 1. In accordance with Order 5/2026, the aid will consist of a subsidy, granted on a competitive basis, which will be paid in one go, after justification by the beneficiary of the realization and payment of the approved investments, as well as compliance with the rest of the requirements provided for in this call. The aid percentage will be 40% of the eligible investment included in the aid application, and this aid intensity may be increased by the additional percentages indicated below, without in any case exceeding 75%. In the case of investments linked to the recovery of the productive potential of farms affected by natural disasters, catastrophes or adverse climate effects, the aid will be 80% of the eligible expenses. 2. Increase in the intensity of aid a) Young farmer who has the training and professional competence described in article 4 section 9 of Order 5/2026 at the time of submitting the application and has been established in the five years prior to the application for aid, an additional 20 percent b) Farms in which more than 50 percent of the ATUs are located for the most part in areas with natural limitations or other specific limitations contemplated in the Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 or in municipalities where the LEADER measure is applied or in areas included in the Natura 2000 network, an additional 15 percent.
