NON-PERIODIC MUNICIPAL AID OF A SOCIAL NATURE FROM THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONDRAGÓN 2026. (2nd call of 2026). Law 12/2008, of December 5, 2008, aims to promote and guarantee within the Basque Country the right to social benefits and services through the regulation and organization of a universal Basque Social Services System. Article 6 establishes the purpose of the Basque Social Services System (SVSS): a) Promote personal autonomy and prevent and attend to personal and family needs derived from dependency. b) Prevent and address the needs caused by a situation of lack of protection. c) Prevent and address situations of exclusion and promote the social integration of individuals, families and groups. d) Prevent and attend to personal and family needs caused by emergency situations.
