Official description of the call

Beneficiaries Companies that have an establishment or work center in which the eligible project will be carried out in the provinces of León or Palencia, in accordance with the provisions and regulated in the fourth base of the order of bases and in this call. Purpose The granting of subsidies for the execution of R&D projects that contribute to the development of fundamental technologies in the territories of the Community of Castilla y León included in the Just Transition Fund program of Spain 2021-2027 (provinces of León and Palencia). Industrial research or experimental development projects, individual or carried out in collaboration, carried out in the provinces of León or Palencia that are included within the areas of fundamental technologies established in Regulation (EU) 2024/795, STEP Regulation, will be eligible for subsidies: a) Digital technologies b) Clean and efficient technologies in the use of resources c) Third Biotechnologies. Regulatory bases ORDER EYH/467/2025, of May 6, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at financing R&D projects in areas of fundamental technologies in the territories of the Community of Castilla y León (provinces of León and Palencia), included in the Just Transition Fund program of Spain 2021-2027 (BOCYL no. 90 of 14 May 2025) modified by Order EYH/109/2026, of February 11 (BOCYL no. 30 of February 13, 2026). Room. Amount The total amount of the call is 12,993,999 euros. The amount of the subsidy will be a fixed percentage, depending on the size of the company and type of the project, between 35% and 65% of the eligible cost, and an additional percentage between 5% and 15% may be applied, in application of the additional criteria. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this extract in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León” and will end on June 30, 2028 or the day of publication of the closing date if earlier. Sixth. Other information 1. In relation to payments on account, a single partial settlement of a minimum of 30% of the subsidy granted may be made. This partial settlement will entail partial payment of the subsidy, corresponding to the eligible budget, after technical and economic justification thereof. 2. Advances of the subsidy may be made, which will be considered payments to be justified, of up to 40% in accordance with article 37 of Law 5/2008, of September 25, on subsidies of the Community of Castilla y León.
