Decree of June 11, 2026 of the Delegate of the Government Area of Housing Policies, which approves the public call for subsidies for rehabilitation actions of residential buildings in the neighborhoods of Poblado Dirigido de Orcasitas, Meseta de Orcasitas, San Cristóbal de Los Ángeles, Poblado Dirigido de Fuencarral-Santa Ana and Barrio de Puerto Chico, of Madrid, “Plan Transforma tu Barrio 2026” File No. 511/2026/28263 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Object.- The purpose of these subsidies is to encourage and promote the implementation of accessibility, conservation, energy efficiency and asbestos removal actions in existing buildings with characteristic residential use, in each of the delimited areas. Second. Regulatory bases.- Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the granting of Subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies, approved by Agreement of October 30, 2013 of the Plenary Session of the Madrid City Council and the Decree of June 11, 2026 of the Delegate of the Government Area of Housing Policies, by which the public call for 2026 subsidies is approved for rehabilitation actions of residential buildings in the neighborhoods of the Directed Town of Orcasitas, Meseta de Orcasitas, San Cristóbal de Los Ángeles, the Directed Town of Fuencarral-Santa Ana and the Puerto Chico neighborhood of Madrid, “Plan Transform your Neighborhood 2026”. Third. Beneficiaries and their requirements.- The following may be beneficiaries: a. The communities of owners, associations of owners or other groups of communities of owners of residential buildings for residential use, constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 LPH. b.The owners who, collectively, are owners of residential buildings for residential use and meet the requirements established in article 396 of the Civil Code (hereinafter, Cc.), even if they have not granted the title constituting horizontal property. c.Owners of residential buildings in the single-family home category. d.Energy communities. e.The sole owners of collective housing typology buildings that hold more than 60% of the community participation quota, prior commitment to contribute the empty homes in their building to the “Reviva Madrid” program of the Comprehensive Municipal Rental Plan of the Municipal Housing and Land Company of Madrid, S.A., in the terms established in section 11.1 e) of the call. Room. Amount.- The total amount allocated to this call amounts to 2,500,000.00 euros. The maximum municipal contribution for the subsidies object of this call presents the following distribution: a)Line 1: “Directed Town of Orcasitas”: A total of 500,000.00 euros corresponding, 500,000 euros to the 2026 annuity and 0.00 euros to the 2027 annuity b)Line 2: “Orcasitas Plateau”. A total of 500,000.00 euros corresponding, 500,000.00 euros to the 2026 annuity and 0.00 euros to the 2027 annuity c)Line 3: “Barrio de San Cristóbal de Los Ángeles”. A total of 500,000.00 euros, corresponding to 0.00 euros for the 2026 annuity and 500,000.00 euros for the 2027 annuity d)Line 4: “Directed Town of Fuencarral-Santa Ana”. A total of 500,000.00 euros, 0.00 euros corresponding to the 2026 annuity and 500,000.00 euros to the 2027 annuity e)Line 5: “Puerto Chico neighborhood”. A total of 500,000.00 euros, 0.00 euros corresponding to the 2026 annuity and 500,000 euros to the 2027 annuity. The aid covered by this call will consist of a percentage of the protectable budget, depending on the type of eligible action, all in accordance with the provisions of section 24 of the call and its Annex. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications.- The deadline for submitting subsidy applications will include the temporary period that begins the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the BOCM, and ends four months after its publication.
