1. Purpose of the subsidy. In accordance with the provisions of article 23.2 of the LGS and the Bases that regulate the subsidy, this City Council proceeds to make the call for the granting of subsidies corresponding to the “UMEAK ESKOLARA” program. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy Natural persons who meet the following conditions will be able to access these subsidies, provided that they do not incur any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of the LGS: • Being a father, mother, guardian or family foster person/family (Shelter Centers are excluded) of children born between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2024. • The child must be registered in Eibar continuously from January 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026. 3. Subsidy amount Amount: €215,639.40 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting subsidy applications will be from September 14 to October 16, 2026 (both inclusive). Applications will be delivered to the office that the Eibar City Council will set up on 11 Errebal Street, Errebal Plazia, from September 14 to October 16 at the following hours: • Monday, Wednesday and Friday: from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. • Tuesday and Thursday: from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
