SPECIFIC REGULATORY BASES FOR THE CALL FOR AXUDES FOR THE BIRTH OR ADOPTION OF FILMS AND ROWS IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF LOUSAME FOR THE YEAR 2026. Article 1.- Regulatory Bases and Specific Bases. The Regulatory Bases of the subsidy or tax of the Lousame City Council are contained in the General Subsidies Ordinance, whose object is the regulation of the general legal regime of the subsidy organization for the different services of the Lousame City Council (BOP no. 140 of 07/27/2021). Article 6.1 of the Council's General Subsidies Ordinance, in relation to subsidies in the competition regime, states that the procedure for granting these subsidies must include a public call (by agreement of the Mayor's Office or non-delegating body) that will include the Specific Bases of each call. Artigo 2.- Object. The purpose of this call is to establish the specific bases for which the establishment of economic aid will be reduced to families of the Council of Lousame, with the objective of promoting strategies to establish and encourage the increase of municipal population and its rexuvenecemento, avoiding rural depopulation, as well as supporting families of the Council of Lousame for the birth or adoption of children. The definitive award, for the year 2026, intended for the granting of birth aid for the purpose of this call, amounts to an amount of €6,000.00, with credit available, approved and sufficient, for that amount in the aid application 2026 231.48000 “Transfers to families and non-profit institutions, Aids “natalidade”. This amount may vary, through appropriate, duly authorized regulatory modifications, as long as it is necessary for approval and publication of the new call. The granting of aid is conditioned on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting resolution. Artigo 4.- Beneficiaries and requirements. Beneficiaries: They may be beneficiaries of the funds regulated in this Call and Specific Bases of the countries, nais or adopters of minors of idade, born or adopted from January 1, 2026 to 15.12.2026, as long as they meet the requirements established below. Only one person may hold the status of beneficiary with respect to the same minor. Requirements for beneficiary persons: In order to receive the aid, the following requirements must be met: Have a child born between 01.01.2026 and 12.15.2026. In the case of adoption of minors, the adoption resolution is issued between 01.01.2026 and 12.15.2026. That, at least, two parents or adopters are registered in the Concello de Lousame prior to the date of birth or adoption of the minor. That the minor is registered in the Municipal Register of Inhabitants of the Lousame Council after his birth or adoption. That at least two parents or adopters maintain their registration in the Municipality of Lousame for the three years following the birth or adoption. Artigo 5.- Contía da axuda. For each child born or adopted under 2026, the beneficiary of the aid will receive €300.00. In the case of multiple births or adoptions, assistance will be granted individually for each minor. Artigo 6.- Form of payment. Payments will be made in the months of June and December, second to the date of birth or adoption of the minor. Payments will be made by bank transfer to an account designated by the beneficiary. Artigo 7.- Applications and submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of this call (and specific bases) in the BOP of the province of A Coruña, via BDNS, and until December 18, 2026. Applications will be submitted in the General Registry of the Lousame Council or by two means provided for in the current administrative legislation.
