Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http: //ww w.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for the help line for projects included in the Renewal of towns in rural areas action. This call is published under DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. The call will be applicable in the geographical scope of action of this document and includes the territory of action of ADICOMT, which includes the 19 municipal areas of the Miajadas Trujillo Region: Abertura, Alcollarín, La Aldea del Obispo, Campo Lugar, Conquista de la Sierra, La Cumbre, Escurial, Garciaz, Herguijuela, Ibahernando, Madroñera, Miajadas, Puerto de Santa Cruz, Robledillo de Trujillo, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Torrecil las de la Tiesa, Trujillo, Villamesías and Zorita. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the Leader axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Final recipients of the aid. Only the City Councils of the Miajadas – Trujillo region will be considered as beneficiaries in this call. Third. Regulatory bases. DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 100,000.00 euros will be allocated and will be paid from the budget application 250050000/G/314A/78000/FR23771900/2 0230313, in accordance with the availability of credit recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. Up to 100% of the eligible investment may be subsidized and with a maximum limit of €200,000.00 per project. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be two months from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
