CALL FOR FINANCIAL AID TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2026 SUMMER CASAL Extract from the Mayor's Decree dated June 18, 2026 by which financial aid is called to participate in summer camps in 2026 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS): https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias 1.- Indication of the approval of the Regulatory Bases and official journal where it has been published. By agreement of the Plenary dated May 12, 2025, the regulatory bases for granting subsidies to participate in summer camps were approved and these were exposed to the public through an announcement to BOPG No. 97 of May 22, 2025. 2.- Maximum total amount of subsidies to be granted and budget allocation The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2026 for the granting of the subsidy that is the subject of this present The call will be €2,500.00 and will be covered by budget applications 01 231 48000 and 02 231 48000. The percentage of the scholarship awarded will be determined based on demand and budget availability and will be governed until the end of the budget. In both cases, the scholarship amount will be the monthly fee. In no case does the amount awarded include food or snacks or extraordinary services, such as the reception hour, good morning service... as expressly stated in the first base of these bases. It also does not include material fees or extraordinary outings. 3.- Object, conditions and purposes of the subsidies The object of these bases is the regulation of the granting - by the City Council of Sant Julià de Ramis and in accordance with the budgetary provision - of financial aid for special socioeconomic or educational needs for children and young people of Sant Julià de Ramis and Medinyà. The objective is to guarantee the principle of equal opportunities in the population of Sant Julià de Ramis and Medinyà and promote compensatory actions in relation to families who are in disadvantaged socioeconomic situations or have special socio-educational needs of the child. The aid granted will be used to reduce the monthly payment for the stay at the CASAL DE VERANO in charge of the families. In no case will the fee for the dining room service (meal and snack) or other extraordinary services carried out outside of Casal hours, such as reception time, Good morning service, outings... be subject to a subsidy. 4.-Beneficiaries Persons who meet each and every one of the following requirements may have the status of beneficiaries/aries of aid to reduce the fee for summer camps organized in the municipality: - Have registration. in the municipality of Sant Julià de Ramis and Medinyà (at least the applicant child and one parent or guardian). - Have a child admitted and registered for the municipal summer activity corresponding to the year of the call. - Submit the application within the deadline and in the manner mentioned in section 4 of these bases. - Not have any tax debt or debt of any other nature with the City Council of Sant Julià de Ramis. - Not being in charge of the cases that prevent being considered a beneficiary, in accordance with what is established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. - Not have debts with the Casal Municipal from the previous year. - Do not exceed the maximum family income thresholds established in the BOE of 02/23/2022 and RD154/2022: - Families of two members: €22,594.00 - Families of three members: €30,688.00 - Families of four members: €36,421.00 - Families of five members: €40,708.00 - Families of six members: €43,945.00 - Families of seven members: €47,146.00 - Families of eight members: €50,333.00 - Starting with the eighth member, €3,181.00 will be added for each new eligible member. 5.- Concession procedure The procedure for granting the subsidies subject to this call is competitive competition. 5.1.- Submission of applications and deadline The deadline for submitting applications for the aid program to participate in municipal summer camps will begin on
