Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http: //ww w.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for the aid line for projects included in the renewal of populations in rural areas. This call is published under DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. The call will apply in the geographical area of the Hurdes region of Extremadura, which includes the following municipalities with their corresponding farms: C aminomorisco (La Huerta, La Dehesilla, Cambrón, Cambroncino, Arrolobos, Riomalo de Abajo and La Aceña), Casares de Las Hurdes (La Huet re, Casarrubia, Las Eras, Robledo and Carabusino), Casar de Palomero (Pedro Muñoz, Azabal and Ribera Oveja), Ladrillar (Riomalo de Arrib a, Cabezo, and Las Mestas), Nuñomora (Asegur, El Gasco, Fragosa, Martilandrán, El Cerezal, Aceitunilla, Rubiaco, Batuequilla, Horcajad a, and Vegas de Coria) and Pinofranqueado (Mesegal, Ovejuela, Aldehuela, Erías, Horcajo, Castillo, Avellanar, Sauceda, Robledo and La Muel a). The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the Leader axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Final recipients of the aid. Municipal councils or associations of municipalities that promote non-productive projects whose objective is the renewal of populations in rural areas will be considered beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid. Third. Regulatory bases. DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023 -2027. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 50,000 euros will be allocated and will be paid from the budget application 250050000/G/314A/78000/FR23771900/20230313 in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. Up to 100% of the eligible investment may be subsidized and with a maximum limit of €100,000 per project. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be ONE calendar month starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
