Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. (http: // www.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for the help line for projects included in the action: Renewal of Populations in Rural Areas. This call is published under D ECRETO 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027, in accordance with the Participatory Local Development Strategy. The call will be applicable in the municipalities of Alconera, Atalaya, Burguillos del Cerro, Calzadilla de l os Barros, Feria, Fuente del Maestre, La Lapa, Medina de las Torres, La Morera, La Parra, Puebla de Sancho Pérez, Los Santos de Maim ona, Valencia del Ventoso, Valverde de Burguillos and Zafra, within the geographical scope of the Zafra-Río region Bodion. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the LEADER axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid. Local entities, associations and non-profit associations and institutions will be considered beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid. Third. Regulatory bases. DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 70,000 euros will be allocated and will be paid from the budget application 250050000/G/314A/78000/FR23771900/2023 0313, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications is established at 120 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
