FIRST BASE. PURPOSEThis aid has a social and welfare nature and is intended to financially support the residents and users of the Day Service of the “José Bribián Sanz” Senior Center of Cariñena, municipally owned, who maintain effective residence and registration in the municipality of Cariñena. SECOND BASE. FINANCINGThe total credit of the call amounts to 15,000.00 euros, distributed in twelve monthly installments of 2,500.00 euros each, charged to the corresponding budgetary application of the current Municipal Budget. THIRD BASE. BENEFICIARY PERSONS Persons who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) Be a resident or user of the Day Service of the “José Bribián Sanz” Senior Center in Cariñena, municipally owned. b) Be registered in the municipality of Cariñena prior to the end date of the application submission period. APPLICATION DEADLINE The deadline for submitting applications is from the publication of these bases in the Official Gazette of the province until December 31, 2026, included. SIXTH BASE. APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATIONThe applications must be submitted to the concessionaire company for the management of the “José Bribián Sanz” Senior Center of Cariñena, municipally owned, which will act as Collaborating Entity through the corresponding collaboration agreement signed with the Cariñena City Council, in accordance with the provisions of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. The Collaborating Entity will assume the following functions:- Receive aid requests.- Review the administrative documentation provided.- Require the correction of errors or incomplete documentation.- Carry out the technical assessment of the requests in accordance with the criteria established in these bases.- Materially distribute the economic funds through the application of the corresponding reductions in the service invoices. The applications received and approved by the Collaborating Entity, together with the technical scale, will be communicated to the Cariñena City Council to provide the Registration Certificate with the date of seniority corresponding to each applicant, for the purposes of applying the definitive scale provided for in these bases. SEVENTH BASE. EVALUATION CRITERIAThe admitted applications will be evaluated according to the degree of effective residence and connection in the municipality, accredited by seniority in the municipal registry of inhabitants, granting the following score:- Registered up to 5 years: 10 points.- Registered from 6 to 15 years: 20 points.- Registered from 16 to 25 years: 30 points.- Registered over 26 years: 40 points. EIGHTH BASE. DETERMINATION OF THE AMOUNT OF AIDThe maximum financial allocation allocated to this call amounts to 15,000.00 euros. The maximum amount allocated to aid will be 2,500.00 euros per month. This amount will be distributed monthly among all beneficiaries who meet the requirements established in these bases, in proportion to the score obtained in accordance with Base Seven. The individual calculation of the aid will be carried out by dividing the total monthly credit by the total sum of points obtained by all beneficiaries, thus determining the economic value of each point. The individual amount will result from multiplying the economic value of the point by the score obtained by each beneficiary. SEVENTH BASE. METHOD OF PAYMENT The payment of the aid recognized to each beneficiary will be applied monthly to the amount of the invoices issued by the collaborating entity of the “José Bribián Sanz” Senior Center of Cariñena, municipally owned, corresponding to the cost of the service, or proportionally by the days.
