Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http: //ww w.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for the aid line for projects included in the renewal of populations in rural areas. This call is published under DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. The call will apply to the towns within the territorial scope of action of the ADERCO Local Action Group, which includes the following municipalities: Alconchel, Almendral, Barcarrota, Cheles, Higuera de Vargas, Nogales, Olivenza, Táliga, Torre de Miguel Sesmero, Valverde de Leganés and Villanueva del Fresno. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the Leader axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Final recipients of the aid The following will be considered beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid: Local Entities with territorial scope in the area of action of the ADERCO Local Action Group, which promote non-productive projects that aim to renew populations in rural areas. Third. Regulatory bases. DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 80,000.00 euros will be allocated to be paid from the budget application 250050000/G/314A/78000/FR23771900/2023 0313, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. The intensity of aid may reach a maximum of 100% of the eligible expense, with a limit of 80,000.00 euros per project. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be TWO MONTHS counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
