Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans and on the page http://www.comunidad.madrid. First.- Beneficiaries Local entities, their autonomous bodies or their companies or public business entities dependent or linked and the associations of municipalities of the Community of Madrid may be beneficiaries of the subsidies, which have among their tasks the promotion of employment or the development of vocational training for employment and that meet the requirements set forth in article 14.2 of Law 30/2015, of September 9 (in accordance with those regulated in the sole repealing provision of the Law Organic 3/2022, of March 31) and in article 6 of Order TMS/368/2019, of March 28. Training entities will have to be registered in the Registry of Entities and Centers for Vocational Training of Grade C and Work Training of the Community of Madrid for the in-person modality. Likewise, entities that provide training specialties in the e-learning or mixed modality must be registered, when the associated centers, in which the face-to-face training sessions and the final face-to-face evaluation tests are carried out, are located in the Community of Madrid. If in-person attendance is not mandatory, and when the registered office or fiscal address for the individual entrepreneur is not located in the Community of Madrid, the registration of the training specialty in the teletraining modality will be carried out in the State Registry of Training Entities. Training entities requesting a subsidy must not be subject to the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second.- Purpose: Subsidies are called for the year 2026, on a competitive basis, for the financing of training specialties within the framework of the Vocational Training System, taught in face-to-face, virtual (tele-training) and/or semi-face-to-face (mixed) modalities, aimed primarily at unemployed workers, to be carried out by local entities. The training offer includes training specialties from the Training Specialties Catalog of the State Public Employment Service (SEPE). Third.- Regulatory bases The bases by which the granting of subsidies is regulated to finance the provision of training specialties, aimed primarily at unemployed workers, are included in Order TMS/368/2019, of March 28, published in the BOE number 78, of April 1, 2019. Fourth.- Amount The funds received from the Public Service of State Employment, distributed territorially for management by the autonomous communities with assumed powers in terms of vocational training for employment, and attributed to program 241A-Training for employment, subconcept 49103, of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid. 500,000.00 euros are reserved for the year 2026. The amount of the subsidy to be granted for each training action will be determined by the product of the number of training hours, by fifteen students and by the amount of the economic module set for each specialty. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid.
