Call and purpose. 1. The line of subsidies under the Order of January 8, 2024, of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and European Funds, which approves the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, intended for Andalusian local entities at risk of financial exclusion, to cover the costs of installing and operating ATMs, is called for the year 2026. 2. Budget and financing. In accordance with the provisions of section 1 of the first additional provision of the Regulatory Order, budgetary credit is allocated for the financing of the aid corresponding to this call in the amount of 300,000 euros charged to item 1051010019 G/72B/46000/00 01 of the budget of the Business Agency for Transformation and Economic Development (TRADE). Third. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the Extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía in the manner provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and will end on October 31, 2026. Fourth. Temporary period in which the expenses must have been incurred. The expenses related to civil works for the adaptation of the property, the installation and start-up of the ATM or ATMs, must have been carried out, or at least, budgeted in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory bases, between January 1, 2026 and the date of application. In the case of budgeted expenses, they must materialize within the period established in the corresponding concession resolution.
