The Andoain city council, by Mayor's Resolution 1742/2026, dated 06/22/2026, approved the 2026 call for the granting of aid to promote employment, entrepreneurship and the modernization and consolidation of businesses in Andoain. 1.-Object and purpose The fundamental objective is the promotion of employment, consumption and the local economy, accompanying, in turn, the socio-economic agents of the municipality in the necessary digitalization and ecological transition processes. 2.-Budget credits The total amount of the subsidy provided for in this call is €70,000. These credits are approved and reserved in item 1.0800.471.241.00.01.2026 (659) of the 2026 budget of the Andoain City Council: This call includes 5 subsidy lines with the following financial allocation: a) Aid for the creation of new businesses, to support new business initiatives that generate employment and to promote the transmission and/or continuity of Andoain's businesses: €20,000 b) Aid for the recovery of unoccupied commercial premises at ground level (street level) in Andoain and for the occupation of jobs in the coworking space of the Martin Ugalde Cultural Park: €15,000 c) Aid for the digital updating of professionals, businesses, associations and companies in Andoain: €20,000 d) Aid for the modernization of commercial establishments in Andoain, a through improving accessibility: €5,000. e) Aid to promote an ecological, sustainable and fair transition for professionals, businesses, associations and companies of Andoain: €10,000 3.-Deadline for submitting applications Once the announcement of the call is published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa, the deadline for submitting applications will be open until October 31, 2026. 4.-Requirements of applicants These aids are aimed at individuals, companies, businesses or individuals entrepreneurs from the municipality of Andoain. In any case, the specific bases of each of the aid lines detail the people or entities that may be beneficiaries of them. Individuals, companies, businesses, associations and entrepreneurs who apply for grants must strictly comply with the current economic, tax, labor and legal regime.
