ANNOUNCEMENT By Mayor's Decree of June 17, 2026, the call for the distribution of the 2026 subsidy has been approved in accordance with the regulations governing subsidies charged to the programs managed by the Education Service of the City Council of Bergara, therefore it is being published: Call for the distribution of the 2026 subsidy in accordance with the regulations regulating subsidies charged to the programs managed by the Education Service of the City Council of Bergara. Bergara. Purpose: The City Council of Bergara, to contribute to the education of the children and young people of the municipality, has the desire to collaborate in the activity of the local schools and promote actions of an educational nature. In order to carry out this objective, it has developed the criteria for granting subsidies to the extent that the City Council's financial resources and this Regulation that regulates them allow it. The purpose of the regulations is to subsidize the following activities: 1. Activities of an educational, linguistic, cultural, sports and social nature carried out by educational centers that are presented to the City Council and that it considers of social interest (activities included in article 12 of the regulations). 2. Infrastructure, movable or immovable property or amortizable investments, provided that they are related to the points referred to in article 12. Beneficiaries: School centers domiciled in Bergara that teach Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training cycles may apply for the subsidies. Financial allocation and amount of the subsidy: - Budgetary allocation: 45,000 euros. - Budget application: 1.3330.481.326.20.01.2026. Internal code: 409 - Subsidy amount: The maximum subsidy will be established based on the number of students the center has. To calculate this amount, the amount of the economic item established by the City Council for this concept will be taken and it will be divided by the total number of students enrolled in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training. In this way, the maximum subsidy that each center can receive will be set based on the number of students enrolled. Deadline and form of submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the publication of this announcement. Since this year's call has been published late by the city council, the applications of the centers submitted so far will be considered valid in accordance with the applicant and ex officio. Applications will be submitted to the Bergara City Council through the Bergarés Citizen Service, B@Z, at the municipal electronic headquarters or in any of the ways provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015.
