The contest is part of the REGULATORY BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF PRIZES AS A RESULT OF COMPETITIONS ORGANIZED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SILS, and is considered a contest with prizes, so that the award must comply with the principles of publicity, objectivity and competition and the procedure. Second.- Temporal scope The contest runs from the day following the publication of the announcement of the extract of the call in the BOPG, bulletin board and e-board and until September 18, 2026, both inclusive, without prejudice to the award ceremony provided for in the corresponding clause. Fourth.- Participants and participation requirements Children between 4 and 13 years old (both ages included) can participate, as long as they have a valid Sils Municipal Library card and formalize their registration in accordance with this call. In the case of participants under 16 years of age, participation is conditional on the authorization of the father, mother or legal guardian, which the City Council may require at any time. Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of this call and the applicable municipal regulatory bases. Fifth.- Reading obligation and conditions of the works presented To be eligible for the prize, each participant must read a total of five books during the contest period and complete five reading postcards, one for each reading. The readings must correspond to books obtained on loan from the Sils Municipal Library. Sixth.- Prizes and awarding regime All participants who, within the contest period, have delivered five postcards corresponding to five books read, meeting the requirements of this call, will receive a prize. The prize will be an award linked to participation and compliance with the established objective requirements, with no more than one prize per participant being able to be obtained in this same call.
