EDICT OF CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR THE WASTE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL RATE ESTABLISHED BY THE RIBERA-VALLDIGNA CONSORTIUM FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE OVER 65 YEARS OLD WHO LIVE ALONE IN THE DWELLINGS SUBJECT TO THE RATE IN THE YEAR 2025 The Local Government Board, by certificate of agreement dated June 18 of 2026, approves the call to request subsidies for the waste treatment and disposal rate established by the Ribera-Valldigna Consortium for certain people over 65 years of age who live alone in homes subject to the rate in the year 2025, with the following content: Considering the certificate of agreement of the Local Government Board, which literally transcribed says: “The waste management system changed with the approval of the Waste Law of the Valencian Community and, fundamentally, with the approval of the Zonal Waste Plans and the consequent constitution of the consortia in charge of managing the waste generated in the different management areas. With regard to the municipal area of Carlet, the Consortium of Management Area 1 of zones X, XI and XII assumes the contracting and management of the ecoparks and the company awarded the contract for waste management. On July 15, 2009, the approval of the corresponding tax ordinance was agreed for the establishment and imposition of the fee for the transfer, recovery and elimination of urban waste and selective collection in the ecopark. The agreement adopted meant that, since 2010, the Consortium has settled the aforementioned fee to the residents of the municipalities included in its management area, among which is the municipality of Carlet, with the Valencia Provincial Council managing the collection. commissioned by the Consortium.
