Call for competitive bidding for activities aimed at promoting territorial planning

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Non-profit natural and legal persons of Spanish nationality, from any Member State of the European Union or from the signatory States of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, who have their tax residence in Spain and are legally incorporated at the end of the application submission period, may be beneficiaries. Persons or entities in whom any of the prohibitions apply in the terms provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Second Subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries. Purpose The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies for the promotion of activities aimed at disseminating and promoting Territorial Planning. The granting of these subsidies seeks to promote and support the activity of non-profit entities and individuals in the development of programs, activities, conferences and experiences, to be developed within the territory of the Principality of Asturias, which contribute to the dissemination of territorial planning and strategic planning as fundamental elements for the balanced and sustainable development of the territory. Aid may only be requested within this program for activities to be carried out within the territory of the Principality of Asturias during the year corresponding to each call, such as exhibitions, publications, educational and dissemination activities, including personnel expenses inherent to their development. Third. Regulatory bases This public call for subsidies will be governed by the regulatory bases for the promotion of activities aimed at the dissemination and promotion of Territorial Planning, approved by Resolution of April 16, 2026 of the Department of Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and Citizen Rights (BOPA No. 81, of April 29, 2026). Room. Amount The subsidy will be made under a competitive competition regime and up to 100% of the contracting amount of expenses will be subsidized, up to a maximum of €6,600 per beneficiary. The total amount of the aid granted may not exceed twenty thousand euros (€20,000.00). The amount of the subsidies may in no case be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, aid, income or resources, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity. As long as this limit is not exceeded, the subsidies obtained under this call will be compatible with any others granted by other public administrations or private entities. The beneficiary entities may not demand the increase or revision of the amount granted, without prejudice to the cases of challenge provided for in the legal system. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications Applications will be submitted according to the standardized model, within a period of 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the BOPA, as set out in the ninth base of Resolution April 16, 2026 according to the standard application model published in the Service File AYUD0558T01 in the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias. Sixth. Other information The Service Sheet is published at the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias (https://miprincipado.asturias.es), which can be located by entering the code AYUD0558T01 in the header search engine (located at the top right of the page) where you will find the full text of the Resolution, complementary information, the standard application form and the possibility of starting the application electronically. Along with the application, the following documents will necessarily be accompanied, which must be completed, where appropriate, with those provided for in the corresponding annual call: a) Explanatory report of the activity to be carried out or already carried out during the year, which must have the following minimum content: 1. Detailed definition of the purposes foreseen with the activity to be carried out and its connection with the planning of the territory, with an indication of the topics to be developed and the planned program. 2. Indication of the duration of the activity, the public for which it is intended, as well as the capacity of the premises, personal means used and the number of speakers planned during the development.
