1.- Purpose of the subsidy. The regulation of the conditions for the granting of subsidies for the dissemination in Basque and through information technologies, of Irura's business, commercial or hospitality content, and the reduction of expenses to the entities requesting the aforementioned areas, so that Irura's own language takes its rightful place in an area as important as new technologies. It will be granted in accordance with the municipal ordinance regulating subsidies, approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council and published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa (BOG, 07-15-2021). 2.- Requirements to apply for the subsidy. Those established in article 3 of the regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies. 3.- Budget. - Budget item: 1.0000.470.335.00.00.2026. - €500 4.- Applications and documentation: Those established in article 5 of the regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies. 5.- Deadline and place for submitting applications. Place: in the electronic registry of the Irura City Council (www.irura.eus, ON-LINE PROCEDURES) or in the reception office of the City Council (San Migel plaza - 20271 Irura). Deadline: until September 30, 2026. Resources: This agreement is final administratively. A contentious-administrative appeal may be filed against it before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Donostia, within a period of two months from the day following its notification, without prejudice to the filing of any other appeal that may be deemed pertinent. You may optionally file an appeal for reconsideration before this City Council, within a period of one month from the day following receipt of this notification.
