The Baztan City Council, through the Local Government Board of July 9, 2026, approved the regulatory bases for the public call for subsidies for cultural activities promoted by the Baztan associations for the year 2026. First. – Beneficiary entities. The beneficiary entities of this aid must meet the following requirements: - Be a non-profit association. You must present the statutes of the association. If this documentation is already in the possession of the Baztan City Council, it will only be necessary to provide a responsible declaration from the legal representative indicating that it has not been modified. (Annex III) - Have registered and tax domicile in Baztan. - Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations and not be in debt to the Baztan City Council. - Beneficiary entities must provide documentary evidence of compliance with the requirements. The following will not be able to participate and will be excluded from this grant call: - Natural or legal persons whose purposes or objectives, admission or access system, operation, trajectory, performance, organization or statutes are contrary to the principle of equality between women and men. -Natural and legal persons who have been sanctioned or firmly condemned through administrative, labor or criminal proceedings for violation of the right to equality and non-discrimination based on sex, or for wage discrimination, or for sexual or moral harassment, or for any other unequal treatment based on sex. - Entities or companies that fail to comply with the obligations established in the legislation on gender equality. Entities that have been sanctioned or condemned for exercising or tolerating labor practices considered discriminatory based on sex or gender, by final administrative resolution or final judicial ruling. To this end, the requesting companies and entities will present, at the time of requesting aid, a responsible declaration that they are not complying with firm administrative sanctions or a final conviction sentence or, where appropriate, that they are not pending compliance with a sanction or conviction sentence imposed for said reasons. Entities in which some of the circumstances established in article 13, paragraphs 2 and 3, of Law 38/2003, of 17 December, may obtain the status of beneficiaries. November, General Subsidies. Annex III (requirement 4). Second.–Object. Financially support the carrying out of cultural activities: That encourage the use of Basque. Of a training nature (courses, workshops, conferences).
