- Budget credit: €70,000.00 - Objective and Purpose: First Base of the Bases: The purpose of these Bases is the conditions for the granting of individual financial aid to immediately address social emergency situations in which women victims of gender violence find themselves. Depending on the way the aid is received by the beneficiary, they may be: . Direct, when granted or paid personally to the applicant, beneficiary or her representative. . Indirect, when granted to the beneficiary and paid, singularly, to the doctor, provider, Institution or Center that provides the service or supply for which the aid is intended. - Granting procedure: Tenth Base of the Rules: The procedure for granting aid will be that of free, non-competitive competition, through an open call for aid, with the competent body resolving to grant it, as it receives the applications, in favor of people who meet the conditions established in these rules, until the planned budget allocations have been exhausted. - Requirements and way of accrediting them: Third and fifth bases of the Bases. - Bodies competent for instruction: Eleventh Base of the Bases. - Deadline for submitting applications: Sixth and seventh bases of the Bases: Applications addressed to the Hon. Madam President of the Hon. Cabildo Insular de Lanzarote, together with the documentation in each case required, will be presented in the Registry of the Social Welfare Area of the Cabildo Insular de Lanzarote (Rambla Medular, 46 of Arrecife), in the General Registry of the Cabildo Insular de Lanzarote (Building Cabildo 1st Floor), or in any of the forms established in article 16 of Law 39/2015 of 01 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, according to the model attached in ANNEX II. The application submission period will remain open permanently until December 1 of the current year, or the next business day. The application period will begin the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas. Application evaluation criteria: Ninth Base of the Bases. -Resolution period: Resolutions granting individual aid will be issued before December 15 of the current year. - Payment of Aid: Thirteenth Base of the Rules: The aid will be paid by transfer to the current account designated by the applicant who is registered in the accounting system of the Island Council of Lanzarote, following a resolution granting the aid. Where applicable, it may also be paid to the professional responsible for the treatment or businessman/supplier of the supply. - Justification: Fifteenth Base of the Bases: The beneficiaries of subsidies will be obliged to justify compliance with the conditions imposed and the achievement of the objectives set forth in the act of granting the subsidy. Said justification must be presented in the Registry of the Management Area of the subsidy granted, within a period of three months, counted from the receipt of the aid through an abbreviated supporting account to which the corresponding original invoices of the expense or document with legal evidentiary value will be accompanied.
