Official description of the call

1. OBJECT AND PURPOSE To promote the implementation and consolidation of new retail trade activities in empty premises in the municipality, and improve the commercial density of public space, during the period between January 1 and October 31, 2026. 2. BENEFICIARY PERSONS Natural or legal persons who own a retail trade activity in a ground floor premises in Palamós, who have incurred startup costs. activity in a previously empty premises, with a minimum investment of €1,000, and that meet the rest of the requirements established in base 5 (being up to date with tax and Social Security obligations, not incurring the prohibitions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, among others). 3. ELIGIBLE EXPENSES. Renovation and/or adaptation of the premises, furniture, machinery, computers, computer applications, tools and equipment necessary to start the activity. Rental expenses, the acquisition of merchandise and raw materials, and mandatory fees or taxes are excluded. 4. AMOUNT 50% of the eligible expense, with a maximum of €3,000 per applicant and location. Total budget of the call: €20,000 (item AID FOR OPENING EMPTY PREMISES 22 43300 47906). Applications will be processed in the order of entry in the registry until the available credit is exhausted. 5.
