First. Beneficiaries: The following subjects may have the status of beneficiaries in this call, depending on the subsidy action, as stated in Annex 1 of the regulatory bases: a) Unique projects in sustainable mobility: - Companies with their own legal personality (micro, small, medium and large companies). - Natural persons with economic activity, registered in the Census of Professional Entrepreneurs and Withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency. - Consortia and business groups with their own legal personality. - Universities and Research and Development Centers, with their own legal personality. - The Public Sector referred to in article 2 of Law 40/2015 of October 1. b) Unique projects in the industrial sector: - Companies in the industrial sector, whose CNAE 2025 is among those listed in section b of annex 1.3) of the Regulatory Bases. - Energy service companies. c) Unique projects for the in-depth renovation of existing buildings in the tertiary sector to become zero-emission buildings. - Companies with their own legal personality (micro, small, medium and large companies). - Universities and Research and Development Centers, with their own legal personality. - The Public Sector referred to in article 2 of Law 40/2015 of October 1. - Energy Services Companies. - The Communities of Owners or groups of Communities of Owners of buildings. - Entities with general interest and non-profit purposes, from the Third Sector, associations and foundations. d) Unique projects to replace cold generators. - Companies with their own legal personality (micro, small, medium and large companies). - Natural persons who carry out economic activities. - Universities and Research and Development Centers, with their own legal personality. - Consortia and business groups with their own legal personality. - The Public Sector referred to in article 2 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the legal regime of the public sector. - Energy Services Companies. Purpose: The aid granted through this call will have the purpose of contributing to the fulfillment of the national objective of reducing final energy consumption, for the period 2021-2030, established in article 8 of Directive (EU) 2023/1791, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of September 13, 2023 regarding energy efficiency, promoting unique innovative energy saving and efficiency projects, which achieve a reduction in energy consumption. finally, in the energy consuming sectors. Deadline for submitting applications: Applications for aid that are the subject of this call and their documentation may be submitted from 9:00 a.m. on September 15, 2026 to 12:00 p.m. on November 18, 2026.
