Beneficiary Entities. 1. The entities contemplated in articles 5.1.a) and b) of the Order of September 13, 2021, which regulates the employment and training program in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and approves the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies under a competitive competition regime for said program (regulatory bases, hereinafter), may participate in this call and become beneficiary entities of this subsidy. article 4.1 of the aforementioned regulatory bases. For these purposes, in the case of public entities, the local entities of Andalusia and their dependent or linked entities may participate and be beneficiaries, understood as those included in the scope of application of Law 5/2010, of June 11, on Local Autonomy of Andalusia, and Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, as well as the other entities that make up the public sector.
