Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http: //ww w.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for the help line for projects included in the Training and information action of economic and social agents who develop their activities in areas covered by the Participatory Local Development Strategy. This call is published under DECREE 78/2 024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. The call will be applicable in the geographical scope of the Alagón Valley region, which includes the following municipalities Alagón del Río, Acehúche, Aceituna, Aldehuela de Jerte, Ca chorrilla, Calzadilla, Carcaboso, Casas de Don Gómez, Casillas de Coria, Ceclavín, Coria, Galisteo, Guijo de Coria, Guijo de Galiste o, Holguera, Huélaga, Montehermoso, Morcillo, Pescueza, Portaje, Portezuelo, Pozuelo de Zarzón, Riolobos, Torrejoncillo, Valdeobispo, Villa del Campo and Zarza la Mayor. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the Leader axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Final recipients of aid Non-profit entities and institutions with their own legal entity, which promote non-productive projects whose objective is the training and information of economic and social agents, will be considered beneficiaries and/or final recipients of aid. Third. Regulatory bases. DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 50,000 euros will be allocated to be paid from the budget application 250050000/G/314A/78000/FR23771 900/20230313 in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. Up to 90% of the eligible investment may be subsidized and with a maximum limit of €25,000 per project. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of this extract of the call resolution in the Official Gazette of Extremadura until September 17, 2026.
