EXTRACT of the decree Number: 2026-2682 Date: 07/20/2026 of the Presidency which approves "Call for subsidies to municipalities for equipment, maintenance and conservation of rural multi-services in the province of Teruel 2026". First. - Regulatory Bases The General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Teruel, which includes the regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies, was approved by the Provincial Plenary on March 27, 2024, its full text was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel no. 70 dated April 11, 2024 and was made final by publication in the BOP Te no. dated May 29, 2024. Second. - Budgetary credit and financing The credit available for financing the "Multi-service Town Council Subsidies" amounts to a maximum amount of 120,000.00 euros charged to the budgetary application of expenses 2026-4312-76200 of the Provincial Council of Teruel. Notwithstanding the above, for this call the maximum estimated amount that will be allocated is 90,000.00 euros. In addition to the amount initially planned, the financing of the subsidies may be increased by a maximum additional amount of 30,000.00 euros, the application of which to the granting of subsidies will not require a new call, in accordance with the provisions of article 58 of the R.D. 887/2006, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003. The maximum amount of subsidy per applicant will be 80% of the eligible expenses, without exceeding 3,000 euros. The amount of the subsidy will in no case exceed the cost of the subsidized activity. This subsidy is compatible with other aid that the beneficiary may receive for the same object and purpose, which together cannot exceed 80% of the cost of the activity.
