Official description of the call

First.- Object and purpose The objectives of the student awards are the following: MODALITY A) Motivate students who finish high school, intermediate level training cycle or higher level training cycle, to continue their training, pursuing higher education. MODALITY B) Recognize the efforts of those students who, having followed compulsory education – ordinary or special – do not manage to pass all the subjects and this in the year in which they turn 18 years old. Second.- Beneficiaries and requirements 1.- Residence: candidates for the awards, in both modalities, will have to reside in the municipality of Riudellots de la Selva and be registered in the municipal registry of inhabitants prior to January 1 of the year corresponding to their award, maintaining, without interruption, this circumstance at the time of delivery. 2.- Age: Candidates for the awards, in both modalities, must be a maximum of 25 years old at the time of finishing their studies. 3.- In relation to the studies completed: Modality A) Having completed the second year of high school in the year corresponding to the award of the award, a circumstance that will have to be accredited with the presentation of the schooling book, or having completed the intermediate level training cycle in the year corresponding to the award of the award, a circumstance that will have to be accredited with the presentation of the corresponding degree, or having completed the higher level training cycle in the year corresponding to the award of the award, a circumstance that will have to be accredited with the presentation of the corresponding qualification. In any case, students affected by the following situations will be excluded from the awarding of the prizes: - Those who do not want to voluntarily continue their studies beyond ESO, despite not presenting capacity problems. - Strikers, problematic students, who present asocial behavior, consume prohibited substances and repeat offenders, for whom the IES seeks an external training resource, when the IES externalizes them at the age of 14 for repetitive behaviors. Third.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases of the student awards program were approved by the Plenary Session of the local Corporation in a session of January 12, 2004, and subsequently modified by plenary agreement of March 4, 2019. Fourth.- Financial allocation and determination of the budget application: The total amount allocated to the call is €2,000.00 charged to the budget application 3200.48001. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline will start counting the day following the publication of the call extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona and will end on September 15, 2026. The application to request the subsidy can be submitted in person to the Municipal offices located at Plaza del Ayuntamiento, 1 Riudellots de la Selva or electronically to the electronic headquarters of the City Council through a generic application and attaching the supporting documentation. The submission of the aid application implies full acceptance by the applicant of the content of the bases.
